Tim Poole is the Managing Director of TP Wills. Tim has over 27 years’ experience in financial and legal services. As a member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers, he devotes his time to providing quality advice, reassurance and security to individuals and their families, often at times of stress.
Recently after training over a number of years, Vicki Smith has joined the company and is an extremely competent and knowledgeable addition to the company.
Both are trained to the highest and most stringent standards set by the Institute of Professional Will Writers. We are CRB checked and of course fully insured. The Institute of Professional Will Writers code of conduct requires that its members are continuously trained to keep abreast of changing laws and legislation, and this code of contact has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading.
TP Wills & Probate is based in Hayle. Covering the whole of Cornwall clients are generally within an hour’s drive. This ensures that we can spend enough time with clients ensuring they don’t feel rushed. Our approach to clients is professional, sensitive, and sympathetic, whatever their age.
